a state of mental or emotional strain of tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances
Self care and taking time for yourself can be seen as a lost artform. In a world where we are pressured to keep up with work, school, a social life, and succeed in each of them. According to The American Institute of Stress, more than 77% of Americans regular experience physical symptoms caused by stress, while 73% experience physicoligial stress. Within this blog, I want to introduce helpful ways of dealing with stress, as well as tips and tricks to take time for yourself and your mental health before stress takes too big of a toll on your life.
