Combating Stress with Self Care

Hi everyone! My name is Taylor Zarate, rising senior at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. My interest in business and creative marketing lead me to take on studying Advertising and Marketing at school. Boone has provided me with the best learning environment imaginable, even though it took me a little bit of time to actually admit it. I wanted to create this blog to dedicate a space for me to document ways that I practice self care because of its importance in your everyday life. Taking time for yourself can be difficult, especially during a time in your life when you are balancing multiple things at once and your responsibilities are piling up. Through this blog I hope to share some of these mechanisms that worked for me, as well receive feedback from others
